Juca Manhica

My name is Juca Manhiça, born and raised in the city of Maputo, Mozambique.
Professionally, I studied Business Administration, and worked in one of the Capital's banking institutions for almost 10 years, managing a commercial team at the agency branch level, defining sales strategies and conducting performance reviews to ensure quality assurance. This bore my interest and passion in the commercial business sector.
At Pam Golding, I am part of the residential sales and letting team, specifically selling in Maputo and its environs. I am committed and dedicated to interacting with clients and ensuring their needs are fully met. I derive my satisfaction from knowing that my clients are happy with the services provided.
In my free time, I enjoy watching football & basketball, working out to keep fit and spending time in church building my spirituality and spreading the word of God.
