Peter Richter

Hello, I am Peter Richter, and I am your Rental Agent for Maputo City. I am also dealing with Property Sales specifically in the Beach Leisure Sector which includes dealing with the transfer of plots of land and the sale of beach cottages and villas in the Katembe, Ponta De Ouro, Ponta Malongane, Ponta Mamoli and Macaneta regions.

I have been living in Maputo for the last 19 years and enjoy the Mozambican culture and Portuguese language. Being South African, I speak both English and Afrikaans fluently thus able to communicate fluently with my clients in either of the 3 languages.

My previous work experience is in sales and marketing with a focus on great customer experience. I have worked in the Industrial sector in technical parts procurement and sales, Aluminium Smelter Consignment warehouse management and automotive parts department and staff management for well-known brands such as BMW. This has given me great exposure in dealing with a lot of clients and after-hours service levels to the likes of maintenance, production, and engineering staff.

I look out for the best interest of my clients and will always go the extra mile. I have been trained and groomed in a corporate environment from a young age and customer service excellence is something I strive for.
