 The newly thatched cottages are part of a small established complex that has 6 houses in total.
 Company-owned and managed by the owners.
 There is a well-sheltered guard station and staff accommodation on the property.
 The first cottage has three double bedrooms (1 suite) & a family bathroom
 A good-sized lounge, dining room, and open-plan, well-equipped kitchen
 All the windows in the cottage have solid wooden louver shutters
 There is an extremely useful shelved, walk-in pantry for storage and also houses the linen cupboard
 The lounge and bedrooms are sea-facing with picture window views of the beach across the garden
 The living area leads out onto a very sheltered walk-in central patio at cottage level with views of the beach and the ocean through the palm trees
 Outside, there is a raised covered deck right on top of the dune looking over the white sandy beach and ocean with a 180-degree view where regular visitations from dhows lend to the splendor and history of the place
 The patio and covered deck are fully furnished with wooden slatted furniture, cushions, and an enormous umbrella for shade.
 There is an outside built-in braai area
 The second cottage is 2 bedrooms and has a deck area right in front of the beach, also fully equipped and furnished and ready to use
 There are excellent restaurants and bar facilities within walking distance along the beach
 Shops and business facilities are about 5 km away but fish, fresh bread, and fresh fruit and vegetables are delivered daily to the cottage upon request
 The swimming is spectacular in warm crystal-clear water
 Scuba diving and other activities are just along the beach in both directions
 It is being sold fully furnished including all the kitchen equipment and linen- you can move in

For those that don’t know Inhambane. It is the Capital of the Province and Praia da Barra is about 20 km out of town on a sheltered peninsula with a saline mangrove swamp on the one side and the sea on the other. Hence, the temperature is temperate and mosquitoes are kept to a minimum.

The cottages are on the quieter end of the beach but still close to beautiful places to eat and have a sundowner.
